I had a go at inventing a watermark on CS3 and after a lot of fidling about managed to get it how I wanted. BUT, I didn't like the images having the watermark on, really spoilt them, so it came off. I've decided the best way is to restrict the size of the image file and hope (!) everyone respects my copyright.
