Poppy fields (see video)
I was supposed to go to the Farne Islands in June but due to the sudden windy weather no boats were leaving Seahouses. There were a lot of disgruntled photographers wandering about. I kept myslf busy in the wild flower meadows behind Bamburg Castle, where the display of poppies was wonderful.
